Vanrath are working with an Innovative EV Company, assisting them with the recruitment of a **Customer Support** individual**.** The company has invested heavily in public Electrical Vehicle charging network infrastructure throughout Northern Ireland. Fantastic company to work in.

This is a Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm) position - **Permanent** position

This role will be based in the company's state of the art Dargan Crescent (**North Belfast**) office

**Salary**

£23,000 + other Additional Benefits (Top Company) + Fantastic work benefits and Environment..

**Responsibilities**
- Effectively addressing customer concerns and working with internal teams to find solutions.
- Ongoing training and knowledge of EV products and services, as well as assisting customers with the ordering process..
- Basic technical support, troubleshooting, and gathering customer feedback
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Educating customers about the advantages of EVs, working with the sales and technical teams to provide a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
