Job Overview:
The Safety, Security and Continuity Team is a new and impactful team within Arm's Workplace Group We drive resilience through establishing programs, crafting policies, and delivering training. As a small and effective team we work hard to make a global impact,working closely with all areas of the organisation to help prepare, protect and prevent adverse impacts to our people and assets.

Arm are looking for someone in their early career, either to join the business continuity team and help build on our already successful business continuity program.
Reporting into the Senior Manager of H&S, Physical Security and Business Continuity you will be fully supported to assist with the delivery of the global business continuity program while developing the team's internal skills and changing lasting behaviourwithin the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- The principal role will be to support the maintenance of the business continuity program, this will include.
- Complete business impact analysis process with identified collaborators across the organisation
- Contribute to updating the business continuity plans
- Facilitate tests and exercises
- Minute taking for governance review meetings
- Support the technology gap analysis process to ensure our disaster recovery meets our business needs
- Support the third-party risk assessment process
- Design and deliver role specific training on business continuity to all levels of the organisation
- Support the development of embedding business continuity across the corporate risk register
Required Skills and Experience:
The most importance skill we can ask for is a living passion for resilience
- Recently completed, or part way through, a bachelor's degree in Emergency Planning, Business Continuity or Risk Management
- Strong ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Excellent documentation and written communication skills (e.g. report writing, PowerPoint presentations)
- Good relationship building skills at all levels within an organisation
- Positive demeanour, energy, passion and, care, compassion & flexibility are needed with the ability to work to changing priorities.
- Firm understanding of the theory of business continuity and risk management
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience:

- Membership of the BCI
- A solid understanding of business continuity
- Understanding of ISO22301 and BCI Good Practice Guidelines
