HR Manager required for educational establishment.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide direction and advice to all managers regarding HR policy and issues including disciplinary, absence and capability.
- Ensure the Department’s processes conform to the business guidelines, employment law and best practice.
- Manage contracts and payroll related duties.
- Liaise with the Immigration Compliance Team to provide support for complex immigration issues.

Person specification:

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Very strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with ability to draft succinct, informative text

You will be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (2 days a week remote working).
