We are currently recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Manager on behalf of a client in Professional Services in London. Key responsibilities include:
Management of employee relations issues - providing advice, attending meetings, monitoring trends and delivering ER training

Policy development and advice - ensuring policies are in line with legislation and best practice, supporting with the delivery of new or revised policies and the provision of advice and guidance to HR, Partners and Managers

Training and development - including building an ER knowledge bank of management guidelines and best practice precedents to support our client's HR teams and managers.

Global HR Projects - Playing an active role in global HR projects.
