Job Description

We are currently working on behalf of one of our Global clients to identify an experienced Human Resources professional who has purely specialised within the Employee Relations space or has an extensive background in this discipline through a broader generalist career.

The small team work across the European business in partnership with the senior management and wider HR function to focus on the full remit of ER cases from disciplinaries and grievances to restructuring and performance management. To be considered, you will need to have demonstrable experience within these areas, combined with relationship management skills at all levels including executive leadership. You should also have a good working knowledge of employment legislation and compliance legislation. While a background in insurance is not essential, experience within UK financial services is a minimum requirement.

This role only requires the chosen candidate to be in the office one day a week.
