We have an exception role for you, in the position of** Employee Relations Specialist (9-month FTC)**

It a really great time to be working with our HR team at the moment as we have just welcomed over 700 colleagues back into the HCA family. To support this exciting new project and underpin a smooth transition for our new colleagues, we are looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Head of Employee relations and ideally have experience of working within a large corporate HR environment.

**Ideally, we are looking for someone who has;**
- Immediate availability
- 5 plus years of working within Employee Relations / HR corporate environment
- A Degree or qualification in HR / ER
- A true influencer, used to working with stakeholders of all levels, manging difficult situations effectively and sensitively.
- Ability to work efficiently and with great attention to detail
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple deadlines
