Joining our Head Office as our Compliance Administrator you will work alongside our HR & Safety Officer to complete the administration for a variety of departments including HR, H&S, Insurance and Payroll. This role is suited to someone who enjoys a dynamic role that offers variety and the opportunity to work across multiple departments and projects.

Your role will include assisting functions with tasks such as the below:
**Insurance**
- Assist in organising and managing new and existing insurance claims.
- Liaise with the relevant departments to compile the correct documentation for the insurance files.

**HR Administration**
- Manage HR documentation and databases.

**H&S**
- Liaising with external contractors for example chasing service certificates.
- Collating information and providing reports as required.

**Compliance**
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and following up on actions.
- Help maintain our E-Learning platform.

**Payroll**
- Support the payroll department in periods of absence and annual leave.
- Assist with payroll and department P&L Reports

**General Administration Tasks**
- Mail Merges of employee communications

- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and support all areas of the business as needed.
