Hybrid Role**
**Excellent opportunity dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator/support to join this leading, dynamic, rapidly growing International Renewable Energy company whose head office is situated in London.**
**key duties will include, but are not limited to**:
" Coordinating the company's hiring activities internally and externally.
" Support in preparation and posting job ads online on various platforms via ATS system.
" Liaise with various department heads, schedule, and coordinate interviews for various roles.
" Ensure hiring issues are resolved as quickly as possible (for instance, rescheduling interviews, managing cancelled interviews etc.)
" Support in day-to-day HR Administration, new hire onboarding and documentation etc. if required.
" Assist in HR Projects, global HR system implementation etc.
**Talent Acquisition coordinator should have a thorough understanding of the recruitment process as well as relevant employment laws and GDPR compliance.**
**Qualifications Required**
" Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management /Business Administration/Law/English Literature or Similar
**Work Experience**
" Min 1 Years work Experience within Recruitment/Private Sector organization
**Other Requirements**
" Proficient in all Microsoft Packages
" Experience using Recruitment tracker systems
" Strong Attention to detail
" Strong written skills
" Knowledge of GDPR
