Job Description

My client, a leading Fintech company, are seeking an interim Internal Recruiter to working alongside the HR Director and lead on all recruitment processes. As Internal Recruiter you will work closely with the business to understand their hiring needs and ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates.

Please be aware this is an ongoing interim role based 4 days per week in the London office.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the recruitment piece from start to finish providing guidance, support, and mentorship
  • Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment solutions
  • Source, evaluate, and select qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process and timely placements
  • Keeping in touch with your ongoing pipeline
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment processes
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
