Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: City of London

**Salary**: £30,000 - £40,000 - experience dependent

We are working with a global legal service provider in the City of London who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their London office. This role is crucial to hiring the very best talent in the market and you will be part of a supportiveteam and business who offer the very best development for their people.

You MUST have recruitment experience, either agency or internal with longevity in a role.

Responsibilities will include but by no means be limited to:

- Screening
- Application Processing
- Managing Talent Pools
- Recruitment Advertising
- Strategic Projects

Alongside being responsible for managing new talent and existing talent, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in multiple projects. These include redefining their recruitment processes, leading on marketing and advertising campaigns, and developingtheir employer brand.
