LHH Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a leading FMCG company business that is looking for an Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. Reporting into the Head Of Talent, you will be expected to deliver an efficient & high quality Talent Acquisition service in line with the business' needs & growth plans.

**You will need**:

- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process (including head office functions)
- Undertaking proactive marketing & sourcing/headhunting to engage with the best talent within the market
- Continuously develop & improve expertise of talent acquisition whilst working with key stakeholders & senior leadership across the business

**What you need to succeed**:

- Understanding of the FMCG industry & various HR process within the Talent Acquisition space
- The ability to work effectively in teams, to share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback, and a willingness to learn from others
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & workday
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
