Joining Faraday is an opportunity to work with a new model of talent advisory business. As part of a growing, diverse and international team, you will partner with and advise early stage Founders, helping them to scale their ideas into the next generation of category leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that supports a clear understanding of Faraday Partners proposition, consistently attracts Tier 1 talent and enables core business growth at global scale
  • Identify, track, engage and close the most promising talent initially at Senior Associate, Associate and Analyst level globally within key talent verticals – recruiting, organisational design and coaching
  • Build and scale a training programme and on-going learning and development programme for talent, fostering a methodology that encourages continued progression, professional growth and on-going engagement
  • Define and own the organisational and capacity growth plan to ensure a resilient and high quality talent pipeline is available to enable business growth supported by a work-class candidate experience
  • Onboard, train, assess and mentor talent hired and ensure performance, growth and feedback flows into the core of the business growth plan
  • Craft, refine and evolve the employment brand for Faraday Partners globally working with the leadership team, marketing and external partners to position the firm clearly in global markets
  • Contribute to the design and development of key business processes and the evolution of these methods as Faraday scales, focusing on a consistency of global experience, research and data
  • Develop and uphold the core values and behaviours of Faraday as a key culture carrier and advocate for the firm globally
  • Represent Faraday Partners within the talent industry including external PR, thought leadership and industry events
  • Operate as a key member of the leadership group and be accountable for the organisational scaling of Faraday as a category leading organisation
Key Requirements
  • Tier 1 educational background with a naturally high intellect, practical work orientation and a down to earth manner
  • Direct exposure to the executive talent market and topics with clear experience in working within the venture capital or private equity ecosystem
  • Proactive outlook, deep attention to detail, hunger for success and strong accountability principles with fundamentally high standards
  • Exceptional communication skills portfolio – authentic presenter, thoughtful listener, proven author and enticing orator
  • Systematic in every way – committed to process, seeks analysis and data, maniacal on details and leaving nothing to chance blended with a fair, rationale and realistic mindset
  • Influential – capable of changing minds, enabling followers and commanding the respect of others through actions and behaviours alone
  • Solution orientation – removing obstacles each step, building capabilities and foundations as through activity and decisive at all times to achieve outcomes with the teams and individuals
