  • Talent Strategy: Develop and execute talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
  • Hiring Needs: Collaborate with department heads to identify and fulfil hiring needs as required.
  • Time-to-Fill Targets: Ensure the team fills in 100% of critical job openings with quality candidates within agreed time-to-fill days.
  • Employer Branding: Lead efforts to establish and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Learning & Development: Implement comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee skills
  • Employee Performance: Lead the development and execution of performance management processes and evaluations.
What makes you unique for the role:
  • HR Leadership: We want someone who has proven experience in scaling up teams and is now ready to guide us through our next chapter of expansion.
  • Strategic Vision: Elevate our people processes and play a pivotal role in steering our company towards unparalleled success.
  • Performance-Oriented: If you're obsessed with driving not just people's performance but also overall company performance, you're the one we're looking for.
  • Comprehensive HR Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and employee engagement (multi-jurisdiction a bonus)
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective Collaboration: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Initiative Impact: Ability to drive People-related initiatives positively impacting company performance.
