**Talent Partner**

re:act are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to own all things recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent across the agency.

Your key responsibility will be to use your knowledge of creative roles and marketing functions to support in sourcing, assessing, and hiring the right talent.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading the talent acquisition process to ensure growth ambitions are fulfilled.
- Developing a strong pool of talent for medium/long-term talent acquisition in key capabilities.
- Managing, optimising, and overseeing the ATS, to help ensure a high-quality hiring process and access to accurate hiring metrics.
- Optimise the hiring and assessment process to ensure it is equipped to scale.
- Contribute to the development of Talent and People processes making them smoother, automated, and more responsive.
- Supporting on wider People Operations to include: employee onboarding, promotion cycles, and reiterating ways of working.
- Analyse and interpret workforce metrics with a natural focus on continuous process improvement.

**About you**:

- Must have relevant experience recruiting within Marketing, Social Media, or a Creative Agency
- Experience of creating talent pipelines for Creative Agency and Marketing roles.
- Familiarity with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, ideally with experience of high-volume recruitment.
- Flexible and adaptable style, who can easily recruit across different functions at different levels.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively.
- Logical and proactive in their approach to work.
- Self-starter who thrives in team environment and autonomous working.
- Able to effectively influence, negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative and unorthodox thinker, able to push projects forward in an unstructured environment.
- Able to communicate concisely and effectively.
