Senior Talent Partner - Fixed Term Contract

Do you enjoy Talent Acquisition and want to learn and upskill to become an outstanding internal recruiter?


As a Senior Talent Partner, you will collaborate with global organisations to support their hiring roadmaps. In this role, you’ll work closely with our experienced Talent Professionals to:

  • Master our unique and highly successful embedded recruitment model.
  • Deliver exceptional talent services to your customers, enabling their high-growth scaling efforts.


What are we looking for?

  • Tech Hiring Experience: at least 6 years of experience meeting hiring goals and delivering successful technology recruitment outcomes.
  • Sourcing Skills: a deep understanding of the sourcing process and the ability to demonstrate creative and resourceful approaches to identify and attract top tech talent.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong capability to manage candidates and stakeholders effectively throughout the end-to-end (E2E) recruitment process.
  • Data-Driven Approach: You value using data during hiring campaigns and can extract insights to influence outcomes positively or drive meaningful change.
