Were searching for a Senior People Partner Supporting our Field Sales organisation in Europe. This role will play a crucial role in success of this critical sales channel. You will own and be a strategic business partner to the sales leaders from the talent perspective: developing people processes, coaching leaders, providing input and execulting changes inorganizational design, leading talent & feedback processes, managing & using data to provide insights and together with Field Sales leadership team building a high performing team.

The People Team

What you’ll do:

• Partner with Field Sales leadership team to understand business goals and develop people strategies that support these goals

• Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development

• Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive team culture and a sense of belonging

• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of people programs and processes across the organisation

• Provide coaching and support to leaders on people-related issues, including employee relations, talent development, and change management

• Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure the organisation has the right talent in the right roles, at the right time

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management, and bring new ideas to the organisation

Your Profile:

• 8+ years of experience as a strategic HR business partner, ideally in a Field Sales or other commercial organisations

• Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development best practices

• Proven ability to partner with business leaders to drive results through people strategies

• Excellent coaching and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

• Excellent in project management, managing multiple parallel projects with different levels of stakeholders

• Problem-solving mentality and customer-focused, acting as a Product Manager

• A learning mindset and a high level of resourcefulness and determination

• Data-driven, able to analyze data, translate it into actionable steps and use it to tell a story.

• Excellent stakeholder management and leading through influencing
