**Job description**
We are currently recruiting for an exciting role for someone to join a busy team based in Merry Hill
The role will suit someone from the construction, facilities or energy industry - with a strong administration background
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to project teams and managers
- Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for field engineers
- Assist in tracking project progress and updating project status reports
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate project records
**Skills**:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management practices
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
Monday - Friday
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
