We have a fantastic new job opportunity opening up within our office. We re looking for a motived individual to join the team as a Compliance Administrator. This position is either to start now or in the new year.

Job Details

This job includes a wide range of different tasks in a fast pace environment, no day is the same. This position will give you the opportunity to learn a multitude of different skills from generating risk assessment documents for operatives to using our compliance database.

Task will include:

- Carrying out compliance checks on operatives’ documentation. For example, Right to Work Checks and CITB Checks.
- Contacting Operatives for missing documents and expiring documents.
- Monitor expiring documents on a day to day basis.
- Generating a modifying Risk Assessments.
- General filing.
- Generating reference letters.
- Using our online messaging systems to contact operatives.
- Assisting the recruitment team with general admin tasks.
- Speaking with operatives and clients on the phone.

**Skills**:

- Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook experience essential
- Pleasant and Confident Telephone Manner
- Self-Motivated
- Self-Starter
- Great attention to detail

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
