Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Construction Bid Coordinator to manage the end-to-end bid process, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to submitting persuasive proposals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry within administration, bid coordination, or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Business Development in executing and expanding our business growth strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to submitting persuasive proposals.
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams, especially pre-construction, to ensure seamless information flow and timely submissions.
  • Develop and maintain project profiles and client presentations that align with brand and corporate identity guidelines.
  • Prepare, submit, and track pre-qualification questionnaires and associated documentation.
  • Contribute to marketing materials and award submissions, ensuring all content is aligned with company standards.
  • Coordinate photography and visual documentation of projects for use in promotional and bid materials.
  • Attend relevant meetings, including project briefings and tender discussions, to maintain alignment and stay informed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry within administration, bid coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with bid and proposal processes, as well as an understanding of construction terminology and project requirements.
