Financial Transactions Coordinator

As a key member of our Finance team, you will work closely with the Customer Service department to manage and maintain the purchase ledger function. Your primary responsibilities will include processing all purchase ledger invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all payments made are accurate and only to legitimate suppliers.
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a forward-thinking company with an exciting growth plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all purchase ledger invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain the purchase ledger function, ensuring all payments are accurate and only to legitimate suppliers
- Recoup contra charges from retentions held via Evision
- Support the Customer Service team to maximise cost recovery
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
