As a skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator with CPJ Field & Co, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in financial management. Based at our Regional Support Centre in Burgess Hill, you'll work 24 hours a week, one day a Friday, managing financial transactions with precision and efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced individual to process and scan supplier invoices daily, ensure timely execution of payments, and regularly reconcile supplier accounts. Your excellent attention to detail and strong organisational and communication skills will be invaluable in addressing supplier queries via phone and email.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice Handling: Process and scan supplier invoices daily.
  • Supplier Payments: Ensure timely execution of payments.
  • Statement Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile supplier accounts.
  • Query Resolution: Address supplier queries via phone and email.
