About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Transactions Processor to join our client's team on a full-time ongoing temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and generating invoices, credit memos, and other billing-related documents.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions, including invoicing and credit memos.
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Generate reports on financial activities.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call handling.
  • Understanding of financial transactions and billing processes.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
