As part of the Global Merchant & Network Services group (GMNS), the Network & Acquirer Solutions (NAS) team is at the core of American Express, uniquely positioned to service every business unit and customer across the Enterprise. Each year, we power billions of transactions through our global payments network, serving our Issuing and Acquiring businesses in more than 170 markets worldwide.

Partner and Product Enablement (PPE) is part of NAS. The RPE (Regional Partner enablement) team this role is posted for is primarily responsible for onboarding customers onto American Express systems, establishing network and certifying between customers and the American Express network and certifying them to our standards. Our main customers are merchants, processors, and bank partners (network issuers and acquirers) The mission of PPE is to ensure our business partners can successfully transact with the American Express network according to American Express specifications, policy, and regulations.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with various business units.
- Project management skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Owning and facilitating solutions as well as consultancy on certification challenges.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration skills enabling to manage internal teams to support our customer needs.
- Ability to translate technical details to non-technical business partners.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage escalations.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage the completion of tasks.
- Strong will to win and able to work as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with a fun and positive attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- But not essential: merchant, acquiring or issuing background.
