**Responsibilities for the role**
- Ensure that relevant administrative tasks are dealt with efficiently
- Hire/Off Hire plant
- Monitor costs incurred on projects (invoices, materials, ops on site per day etc)
- Write up invoices/estimates for projects through company systems and working within set time frames
- Complete various office admin tasks required
- Provide other appropriate ad hoc duties and administrative support as and when required.

**Person specification**
- Have experience in working in a construction based environment previously
- Well organised
- A can do attitude to any task set
- Fulfilled with sense of purpose to grow the business
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use Excel, Word and Outlook
- Efficient in Quikbooks/ Xero system

Work Remotely
- Yes

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £80.00-£100.00 per day

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
