The role will be on a hybrid basis, office based in Llanelli, Camarthenshire 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday's, working from home on Monday and Friday's. 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm). You will be provided with a laptop, headset and mobile phone for when you are working from home.

I am looking to recruit an administrative assistant to help me with the day to day running of my business, along with supporting me to complete administrative work on behalf of my clients, consisting of computer-based tasks, using a variety of different systems used by me and my clients.

You will be provided with training and support, some face to face but mainly via live and recorded video training and step by step instructions. You will bring with you your excellent computer and communication skills and be given the opportunity to learn how to use a variety of new software systems and develop your computer and business skills. Reporting directly to me and working with my clients will give you great insight into the day to day running of a business. The work will be a mix of repetitive recurring tasks, interesting research projects and will always be varied as you complete work for various clients throughout the day.

**Summary of responsibilities and duties**:

- Update and create documents in Microsoft/Google/Adobe
- Create appointments in the diary
- Update various systems with information
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Researching: various business and industry specific topics, event/holiday locations, etc.
- Personal Assistant tasks e.g., booking dentist appointments, hotel accommodation, paying bills, etc
- Making and receiving calls to and from other businesses and the general public
- Creating and sending invoices

Reporting directly to me, the company owner, you are expected to complete daily, computer-based administrative tasks, within set deadlines, accurately and to a high standard.

You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, as you will potentially be liaising with clients or potential clients as the 'front of house' for my business.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Excellent computer, typing skills
- Proven experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Customer service experience
- Confident handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Able to work alone with little to no supervision
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Time management

- Fluent Welsh speaker
- Adobe Acrobat (editing PDF’s)
- Book-keeping and use of accounting packages e.g. Xero
- Website design/maintenance
- Facebook Creator Studio/Business Suite

**Qualifications**
- GCSE (or equivalent) ‘C’ or above in Maths and English

**Salary and Benefits**

£19,110 per annum (pro rata) rising to £20,020 per annum (pro rata) after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.

20 days plus bank holidays paid annual leave (pro rata). Rising by 1 day per year after 12 months continuous employment up to a maximum of 30 days.

I am planning to increase these hours to full time (35 hours per week) as work increases in future and you will be given the opportunity to work these extra hours.

There is no relocation allowance provided for this role. You will need to be able to reach the office in Llanelli on the days you are expeced to work.
