Melin Consultants are currently looking for a Office Administrator to join a busy team at our Llanelli office.

The role will predominantly be assisting and managing the administrative function that sits either side of technical work i.e. booking projects, opening job sheets, raising invoices.

The role will also involve a low level of incoming telephone calls to be directed to relevant colleagues.

**Duties may include**:

- Taking phone calls
- Opening new projects
- General support to the technical team
- Processing invoices & dealing with general accounts
- Raising quotes
- Sending reports
- Communicating with clients on a daily basis

**Applicants should be able to demonstrate**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A good understanding of Microsoft office
- An understanding of Xero or other general accounting software (desirable not essential)
- The desire for a career not just a job
- A willingness to learn new skills

- The ability to work quickly yet efficiently
- Computer literacy: experience with MS Office is required
- Strong communication skills amongst other office staff and clients

37.5 Hours, Permanent. However hours of work can be flexible to suit the right applicant.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
