Receptionist/administration Assistant

To meet our ambitious growth plans we are looking for dedicated individuals to join the team.
Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with basic bookkeeping
- Maintain office supplies and keep the office organised
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in using computerised systems for office tasks
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative or front of house position is desired
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
