Administration is the back bone of everything we do and we now need more hands.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Manage office correspondence
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Support bookkeeping tasks using Xero
- Utilize computerized systems such as Google Suite and back office CRM systems
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management
