To undertake a wide range of Mechanical, Electrical and Building Maintenance duties of a semi-skilled nature, both repair and pre-planned. To be able to work as part of a team and act autonomously with minimum supervision guided by department’s standard operating procedures and advice notes.

Portable appliance testing, and maintaining up to date log.

Assist in unblocking drains.

Complete minor plumbing works alone such as replacing tap cartridges.

Minor carpentry works such as hanging notice and white boards
