Position Summary

Job Title: Versatile Facilities Maintenance Technician

Hours: 41 Hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:15pm and Friday, 8:00am to 2:30pm

We are seeking a Versatile Facilities Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our Maintenance team in Warwickshire.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing repairs on various properties, both inside and outside, while demonstrating the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant skills and experience in a similar capacity, along with the capability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals. You will deliver a high standard of expertise across multiple maintenance disciplines within our facilities and collaborate with management to foster innovation and uphold quality service delivery.

A company vehicle, tools, and work attire will be provided.
