**About the role**

Are you an experienced Jewellery Coordinator looking to utilise this skill set within a thriving learning environment? Then why not join us within the School of Visual Arts where you will supervise and coordinate a range of short courses within the Jewellery programme area. Working with the Head of Programme, you will contribute to the design and success of a distinctive and high-quality programme. You will support tutors with curriculum developments and quality of the provision, as well as monitoring and supporting with any student related matters.

- Experience of developing and managing courses and curriculum in an adult education setting.
- Previous experience of creating a vibrant and dynamic learning environment to enable students to achieve both inside and outside the classroom.
- Effective communication across multiple stakeholders and a collaborative approach.
- Experience of effectively leading a team of Tutors, ensuring people have the right skills and knowledge and supporting them to maintain and improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.
