As a Merchandising Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to offer operational assistance to the merchandising team and strategy. This is an exceptional chance to collaborate with industry experts in a dynamic business setting. The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and dedicated to precision
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and inquisitive
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong collaborator
  • Organizational and analytical thinker
  • Passion for jewellery and basic knowledge of diamonds is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily assistance to support all sales initiatives (inventory requests, deliveries, etc.)
  • Generate daily and weekly performance reports
  • Assist in inventory management, allocation, and redistribution
  • Coordinate shipments and liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Support the team with product showcases
  • Organize studio photoshoots
  • Conduct market research and competitor assessments
  • Offer administrative support
  • Execute ad hoc tasks as required

  • Prior experience in merchandising within the jewellery or luxury sector is preferred
