The Merchandising department is integral to our operational success, managing and enhancing the selection of our products across retail outlets while preserving the brand's esteemed image. The focus is on optimizing inventory, driving sales, and improving sell-through rates. As a Merchandising Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to offer operational assistance to the merchandising team and strategy. This is an exceptional chance to collaborate with industry experts in a dynamic business setting. The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and dedicated to precision
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and inquisitive
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong collaborator
  • Organizational and analytical thinker
  • Passion for jewellery and basic knowledge of diamonds is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily assistance to support all sales initiatives (inventory requests, deliveries, etc.)
  • Generate daily and weekly performance reports
  • Assist in inventory management, allocation, and redistribution
  • Coordinate shipments and liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Support the team with product showcases
  • Organize studio photoshoots
  • Conduct market research and competitor assessments
  • Offer administrative support
  • Execute ad hoc tasks as required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in merchandising within the jewellery or luxury sector is preferred
