Join Our Team as a Merchandising Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a part of the AWWG Merchandising team in the role of Merchandising Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

This position offers a dynamic and engaging experience, including the following duties:

Business Development:

  • Producing weekly analyses and on-demand reports to swiftly pinpoint commercial prospects and potential risks.
  • Participating in discussions regarding the previous season's performance and its impact on future planning.
  • Providing end-of-season evaluations to assist the Merchandise Director in shaping the overall range strategy for the business.

System Oversight:

  • Utilizing available software tools to efficiently generate essential merchandising data.
  • Managing the complete product lifecycle, from code creation to product updates, while ensuring accurate merchandising information in the system.
  • Maintaining precise selling prices in SAP.
  • Adapting to new systems implemented within the organization, such as Business Intelligence.

Brand Insight:

  • Thorough understanding of the brand's customer demographics across various markets.
  • Identifying and suggesting strategies to align product offerings with the brand's identity.
  • Conducting regular visits to stores and competitors to uncover potential risks and opportunities.

Qualifications:

Essential Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in data manipulation using Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
