Jewellery Merchandising Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Jewellery Merchandising Coordinator to join our team at DivalentineCalver Recruitment. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail network is supported with the right merchandise at the right time, while maintaining the integrity of our brand image.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support for store requests, deliveries, and stock requests to facilitate all selling efforts
  • Arrange regional shipments by coordinating with the Shipping and Sales Liaison departments
  • Support the Merchandising team with product presentations and coordinate photoshoots with the studio
  • Allocate and rebalance stock under the direction of the Merchandising team
  • Assist the Merchandising team in implementing regional pricing updates, conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Run daily and weekly sales and stock reports, and provide administrative support to the Merchandising team

Requirements:

  • GIA proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Detail-oriented, thorough, and committed to accuracy
  • Interest in Jewellery and basic Diamond knowledge beneficial
