As a Merchandising Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to deliver operational assistance to the Merchandising team and strategy. Key Qualifications:

  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and dedicated to precision
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and inquisitive
  • Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit
  • Organisational skills and analytical thinking
  • Experience in the Jewellery sector and fundamental Diamond knowledge is advantageous

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily assistance to support all sales initiatives (Stock requests, deliveries...)
  • Generate daily and weekly analytical reports
  • Aid in Stock management, including allocation and redistribution
  • Organize shipments and liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Assist the team with product showcases
  • Coordinate studio photography sessions
  • Conduct market research and competitor evaluations
  • Offer administrative support


The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with prior experience in Merchandising within the Jewellery or luxury sector.

A passion for continuous learning to foster innovation and creativity is essential.
