Job Title: Jewellery Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales Performance: Exceed sales targets and KPIs, utilizing our EMBRACE platform to deliver exceptional brand experiences.
  • Jewellery Expertise: Educate clients on proper jewellery care, ensuring our treasured pieces are cherished for generations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Adhere to brand standards in visual merchandising, creating an immersive and engaging store environment.
  • Client Loyalty: Foster client loyalty through data capture and exceptional service, driving repeat business and referrals.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the store's Leadership team to drive store growth and success.
  • Sales Coaching: Act as a sales coach and buddy to new starters, sharing expertise and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Sales Flair: Demonstrate a strong sales background, with a proven track record of exceeding goals and targets in luxury/fine/high jewellery.
  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional client service and sales through omnichannel retail, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Leadership: Showcase experience in leading, motivating, and training a team, with excellent communication skills and a strong command of English.
