Job Title: Jewellery Sales Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our team at Annoushka Fine Jewellery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining the highest brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales performance, exceeding targets and KPIs, while utilizing our EMBRACE platform to deliver exceptional brand experiences.
  • Educate clients on proper jewellery care, ensuring our treasured pieces are cherished for generations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently, upholding our brand's commitment to excellence.
  • Adhere to brand standards in visual merchandising, creating an immersive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Encourage client loyalty through data capture and exceptional service, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Support the store's Leadership team in driving store growth and success.
  • Act as a sales coach and buddy to new starters, promoting knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales flair, with a track record of exceeding goals and targets, particularly in luxury/fine/high jewellery.
  • Excellent client service and sales skills, delivered through omnichannel retail.
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and training a team, with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
