About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our team at Annoushka Fine Jewellery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Performance: Exceed sales and KPI targets by utilizing our sales tools and delivering the highest brand standards.
  • Jewellery Expertise: Educate clients on proper jewellery care and maintenance, ensuring our customers can treasure their purchases for generations to come.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently, providing a seamless shopping experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Adhere to our brand standards in relation to visual merchandising, ensuring our stores are always visually appealing.
  • Client Loyalty: Encourage client loyalty through data capture and exceptional service, building long-term relationships with our customers.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with our Leadership team to drive the growth and success of our stores.
  • Training and Development: Act as a sales coach and buddy to new starters, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in luxury, fine, and high jewellery.
  • Client Service: Excellent client service and sales skills, delivered through omnichannel retail.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading, motivating, and training a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
