Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Annoushka Fine Jewellery. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance in our Harrods store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Performance: Exceed sales and KPI targets, utilizing our EMBRACE platform to maintain the highest brand standards.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on proper jewellery care, ensuring our treasured pieces are enjoyed for generations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Visual Merchandising: Adhere to brand standards in visual merchandising.
  • Client Loyalty: Encourage client loyalty through data capture and excellent service.
  • Team Support: Support the store's Leadership team in running and growing the store.
  • Sales Coaching: Act as a sales coach and buddy to new starters.
Requirements
  • Sales Flair: Strong sales skills, with evidence of exceeding goals and targets, particularly in luxury/fine/high jewellery.
  • Client Service: Excellent client service and sales delivered through omnichannel retail.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading, motivating, and training a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and excellent use of English.
Additional Requirements
  • Aesthetics and Style: Present a love and appreciation for aesthetics and style.
  • Brand Representation: Understand and represent the brand attributes.

Interview Process: Face-to-face interview, where you will demonstrate your technical knowledge, approach to sales and service.
