Jewellery Sales Consultant

Location: Hatton Garden, London

We are seeking a full-time, skilled Sales Consultant to become a vital part of our dynamic team within a comprehensive jewellery supply establishment. Our offerings include raw materials, bullion, tools, and semi-precious stones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional sales advice and customer service.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge to clients.
  • Engage with customers to comprehend their needs and recommend relevant products.
  • Assist the shop floor manager in organizing daily operations related to inventory management, cleanliness, and administrative tasks.
  • Process transactions using our sales management system.
  • Handle and fulfill online and telephone orders.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with jewellery production, materials, and tools.
  • Proficient in computer applications: Word, Excel, and Internet navigation.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Compensation

Annual salary of £24,000.
