Bespoke Jewellery Sales Role at Flawless Fine Jewellery

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sales Advisor to join our team at Flawless Fine Jewellery. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for developing an in-depth knowledge of our bespoke jewellery products and conveying this enthusiasm to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing an in-depth knowledge of our bespoke jewellery products and the bespoke process.
  2. Meeting customers for face-to-face consultations at our London showroom.
  3. Responding to customers via email, phone, and LiveChat to ascertain and advise on their requirements.
  4. Assisting customers through our bespoke design service.
  5. Preparing and sending quotations for bespoke engagement rings, wedding rings, and jewellery.
  6. Helping with the selection of diamonds and gemstones to fulfill client orders.
  7. Communicating with our CAD designer about specific customer requests for their bespoke order.
  8. Following up with customers after their purchase for after-care issues and to request reviews.
  9. Maintaining excellent presentation of the jewellery and showroom.
Requirements:
  1. 2 years or more of bespoke engagement ring and jewellery sales experience.
  2. Enjoys communication and human interaction.
  3. Has passion for sales.
  4. Has a passion for jewellery and gemstones.
  5. Preferably has some Gemological qualification (though not required).
  6. Has an ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients and our team members.
  7. Is committed to driving client loyalty through great customer service.
  8. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Has strong administration skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. Is capable of multi-tasking with ability to prioritise workload according to business needs.
  11. Has the ability to think on your feet, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  12. Is tech savvy.
  13. Able to work as part of a team but also to work under own initiative.
  14. Is well presented and dressed.
