Job Summary:

DivalentineCalver Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Jewellery Merchandising Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will be responsible for the assortment and management of all product in our retail network.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Provide daily support for store requests, deliveries, and stock requests to facilitate all selling efforts.
  • Inventory Coordination: Arrange regional shipments by coordinating with the Shipping and Sales Liaison departments.
  • Visual Merchandising: Support the Merchandising team with product presentations and coordinate photoshoots with the studio.
  • Stock Allocation: Allocate and rebalance stock under the direction of the Merchandising team.
  • Market Analysis: Assist the Merchandising team in implementing regional pricing updates, conducting market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Reporting and Administration: Run daily and weekly sales and stock reports, and provide administrative support to the Merchandising team.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to Detail: Thorough and committed to accuracy.
  • Industry Knowledge: Interest in Jewellery and basic Diamond knowledge.
  • Previous Experience: First jobber in high-end retail or the Jewellery industry.
