This role is integral to the Procurement division, which focuses on the acquisition and selection of gemstones prior to their integration into the production process, aligning with the company's operational requirements and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Procurement Buyer in the organization, monitoring, and logistics of gemstones.
  • Coordinate the distribution of gemstones to the production teams and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Prepare necessary administrative documentation to facilitate purchasing and production activities.
  • Maintain and update Procurement tracking databases on a daily basis.
  • Oversee the production timeline and delivery schedules.
  • Execute additional tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will possess GIA Diamond certification and demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for the Jewellery industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to precision. A self-motivated and driven individual with excellent communication abilities will thrive in this role.
