* Coordinate the allocation of stones to production and ensure seamless communication with manufacturing teams.
* Prepare administrative paperwork to support buying and production processes.
* Maintain accurate procurement tracking files and update them daily.
* Monitor production progress and delivery timelines.
* Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
**Requirements:**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills.
* Attention to detail, thoroughness, and commitment to accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in the Jewellery Trade.
* GIA Diamond qualification is a must.
