Due to business growth our client in the Burton area are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their fun, dynamic and hardworking team on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract with a strong chance of going permanent at the end.

The company are very much looking for employees who are passionate about delivering a service and results driven. Experience isn’t essential but attitude and passion for service delivery is.

Duties to include but are not limited to:
Working in a fast paced environment

Answering calls in a professional manner

Handling a wide variety of enquiries and issues in relation to orders, maintenance, repairs and deliveries

Managing and exceeding customer expectations

Building relationships at all levels

Liaise with internal departments

Taking ownership of problems

Update internal systems

Key Skills:
Customer focused - Always striving to provide an outstanding level of service.

Problem solving and decision making abilities

Experience in a fast paced telephone based customer service role ( desirable )

Team Player

Excellent problem solving skills

PC Literate including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Act as an ambassador in Customer Service

Working hours:
Full time, 38 hours a week - Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
