Pertemps are looking for a Customer Service advisor who is enthusiastic and dedicated who prides themselves on delivering first class service and who can really make a difference.
As a service & support administrator, you will act as the link between our internal teams, and liaise with key customers ensuring a fun, energetic and exceptional customer experience, from order through to after-service.
You will assist a team of customer service advisors, logistics planners and production teams to enable the seamless co-ordination of stock management and delivery of customer service.
**Key skills**:
- Have strong customer service experience and know what great service looks, sounds, and feels like, that’s important to us
- Have experience of planning and coordinating stock to ensure on-time deliveries
- Can think on your feet and adapt well to changes
- Have a desire and willingness to continuously develop both product knowledge and sales skills
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Are pro-active, flexible, and able to deliver with a high level of accuracy
- Are positive, personable and an effective team player
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Accurate inputting of quotes, orders, credits, and reports
- Ordering of materials and assisting with stock management.
- Planning & co-ordinating production requirements
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Daily liaison with key internal stakeholders including Sales, Accounts, Logistics & Production
- Daily, weekly, and monthly management of orders & stock levels
There will be on the job training in all key areas will be provided as part of a comprehensive induction & training scheme.
This is a role that will keep you on your toes, and we are looking for someone willing to learn & train on the job to help drive business & customer service performance.
