Due to our exciting growth plans, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our sales team.

At Trade Underfloor we specialise in the design and supply of energy efficient underfloor heating systems for new and existing homes.

We work closely with hundreds of heating installers and property developers around the UK on residential and commercial developments of all sizes and our systems have featured in award winning developments and on Channel 4’s Grand Designs and Restoration Man.

Our Customer Service Advisor role offers an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious person to join a growing business and build a career within a team of like-minded, forward thinking individuals.

**Mission for Customer Service Advisor**:
To deliver outstanding service and support and to contribute to positive results against sales targets through customer retention and new customer acquisition.

**The Key Aspects of the Role**
- Building, presenting and following up quotations and project estimates.
- Maintaining customer relationships by handling queries with speed and professionalism.
- Receiving and making customer service telephone calls.
- Taking payments and processing orders.
- Provide 5 Star service to customers and partners at all times.
- Managing database records, drafting pipeline reports on expected sales and open quotations.
- Resolving issues and trouble shooting technical issues.
- Providing information about TUS products, systems and our service offering.
- Ensure the maintenance of an accurate and up to date customer data base supported with updated customer notes via CRM.

- Exceed Quarterly sales targets.
- Exceed weekly sales KPI’s as set by Sales Director.
- Continuous improvement of industry and product knowledge.

**Essential skills/experience**
- Minimum of two years customer service, sales, telesales or account management experience.
- Efficient, punctual and organised.

- Highly motivated, results driven and tenacious, with a focus on delivering profitable growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
