We are currently recruiting for the UK’s fastest growing distributor of security and surveillance products. They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their Sales Support Team, based at their head office in Cardiff. If you have excellent attention to detail, experience of dealing with customers, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this will be up right up your street.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to the Sales Teams.
- Managing the sales inbox and processing orders.
- Keeping customers informed regarding the progress of their orders, liaising with suppliers and our couriers.
- Managing and dealing with e-commerce orders.
- Tier 2 for inbound calls from customers.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Administrative experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with customer complaints.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and conscientious.
