We are looking for a **Sales Administrator** who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
**As the Sales Administrator Your key responsibilities are**
- Manage the relevant departmental inboxes and assign as/where necessary.
- Liaise with external housebuilders to build brand awareness and ensure our client experience is as smooth as possible.
- Update our internal systems with customer addresses in a timely fashion, to ensure customers can place orders and ensure effective data entry and upkeep of spreadsheets.
- Write and send communications to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the Contact Centre to resolve customer enquiries and faults.
**About you**
- Administrative experience in a fast pace & pressured environment.
- Experience of working with customers or members of the public
- Experience using MS Office programmes (including outlook, word, excel).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good at prioritising, multi-tasking with excellent organisation and planning skills.
