**As our Sales Administrator you will be responsible for**:
- Monitoring and chasing payments from creators
- Following up on actions agreed and further supporting our creators.
- Taking a 'promise to pay'.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensuring disputes are recorded accurately
- Ensure Direct Debits Collections are managed in accordance with the Direct Debit scheme.
- Running a sales script and making sure leads are manually added to CRM.
- Liaising with the Sales team to make sure you are across all payments and correspondence related to payments.
- Any additional adhoc tasks as directed by the leaders.
Ad Hic tasks like:
- Dealing with the bank
- VAT
- Managing Payroll and liaising with finance
- Receipts
- A/L
- Aged debtors
- Filing of letters
- Going to bank to issue cheques from HMRC
- Pension updates
- Office management
- and a bit of HR coordination as directed by the People & Culture Manager

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
